Our in-person Sunday services have resumed and comply with current Church of England guidance on COVID-19 precautions issued by the Diocese of Leeds. This means seating is socially distanced (family groups / bubbles may move seating to sit together) and face coverings MUST be worn when in the building. A test and trace register is kept of those who attend. In the case of Communion services, only the bread is distributed, with just the Celebrant consuming the wine.
As of June 2021 the benefice is in an Interregnum. Every effort is being made to maintain the former pattern of services (see below), however, this depends on visiting clergy being available for the Communion services; as availability cannot be guaranteed, Communion services may be replaced by A Service of the Word.
Sunday services generally follow the pattern shown below and start at 10:45am except for the joint services which start at 10:30am - any variation to the above pattern will be shown on the Diary page. PLEASE NOTE that the joint services on the 1st Sunday of the month have not yet re-started, so that service is also currently at St. Augustine's.
